Terms & Conditions Mey Hair Extensions
•Shipping and handling charges: Cancelled orders - The buyer must pay for shipping and handling, this includes refused orders without prior agreement. Buyer responsible for return postage with tracking number because MEY HAIR EXTENSIONS will not be responsible for any lost return items.
•Returned Item condition: The condition of the returned item must be as it was shipped to you, opened box with all original materials and contents in security sealed protective/the items must be intact of the warranty label. The items have not been worn/used. Allowance 14days to return items back to us after u received. All return items have to be included of your original invoice and still in security sealed original packaging and must not be damaged when return to us; otherwise returns will not be approved/refunded.
•Reason: MEY HAIR EXTENSIONS are 100% real remy human hair with hygiene products. We want to make sure that return items are still good condition for next clients. Also our suppliers won’t allow us to return items that already used or worn for the same reasons.
•Liability: After we have shipped the items. MEY HAIR EXTENSIONS will not be responsible for any lost or stolen or misplaced. Make sure you provide us with correct address and correct information for shipping. Your responsibility to lodge your claim with our assistance through post offices.
•Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items: Please contact us to arrange for the return via email. Return postage on buyer expenses/NO postage will be refunded unless agreement with upon on email.
•Incorrect address: Buyer will be responsible to make sure you provide the shipping correct address. Please let us know by email to us (meyhairextensions@gmail.com) as soon as possible before we ship out the items. We try our best to fix your address but MEY HAIR EXTENSIONS will not be responsible for incorrect address of the items have been shipped out.
•We provide Express shipping or Standard shipping of your choice in checkout cart. From Monday to Friday; accept weekends and public holidays.
